Tawa Chicken Recipe
Ingredients (Serves 1):
- Chicken breast fillets - 150 grams
- Tandoori Masala - 1 Teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Black Pepper - According to preference
- Lime Juice - 1 Teaspoon
- Mustard Oil -1 Teaspoon
Method:
Take the chicken fillets, ginger-garlic paste, lime juice and tandoori masala
in a bowl. Mix well and leave them to marinate for at least an hour. Sprinkle salt
and black pepper on the chicken. Place your non-stick tawa on the oven. Add oil
and the marinated chicken. Cover it with a lid. Cook each side of the chicken for 3
minutes on medium flame. Remove lid and keep cooking for few more minutes until
the chicken turns brown. Turn off the flame and serve. You may squeeze lime for a bit more of
sourness. It pairs up well with Raita.
